23. An injunction applied for without other conclusions than those of article 509 of the C.C.P. is considered to be an action of Class III at first instance and Class II in appeal.
If other conclusions are sought, the tariff is that of the class prescribed for such conclusions, but is not less than that prescribed in the first paragraph.
